My mind is trapped within this world
yearning to break free. Occupied is its time with
mindless activity, day in and day out.
My body, bloated by this toxic diet
we consume daily, demands a change
and the ransom is our life.
My soul reverberates to an
enchanting echo, so sweet and tender that
even angels swoon. For it is this sweet, sweet
sound that will take me to my true home.
